San Francisco

March 8th, 2016

From Los Angeles to San Francisco, we drove once again and took the Pacific Coast Highway. Since we are still traveling with our friends, we wanted to show them this route because of that breath taking view off the cliffs. The drive up to San Francisco was a little longer than expected but it was still fun because road trips are an adventure on its own. Once we reached San Francisco, it was even more exciting and fun. Mainly because we all stayed with my family. The family time plus sight seeing was a plus. It’s always a great combo. We embraced San Francisco and the chilly rainy weather like no problem. It wasn’t going to ruin our days here, that’s for sure. We went back to seeing the beautiful Golden Gate Bridge, the beautiful Palace of Fine Arts, Pier 39 and having one of San Francisco is known for, clam chowder at Boudin Bakery & Cafe. It hit the spot during our cold rainy walk along the Fisherman’s Wharf. We even took a stroll to the famous Painted Ladies, which took us back to my favourite childhood show Full House. This city is still one of my favourites. I find myself going back here over and over again. And whenever I go back, there is always something new to discover and try.
